OK, I am guessing you are just talking about SPECIAL, because that will happen (from my experience) only with that, because you have more SPECIAL points than levels available to use for that stat. If the answer is to only increase a few stats I can do that, but do I have to worry about being locked later in the game if I choose to do so? I cannot get the window to go away and cannot continue further if I max out my stats. Whenever I cheat my stats and I happen to level up, I get the level up screen but cannot do anything because my stats are already maxed.
I was wondering if anyone knew how to max out their stats without being locked in the level up screen when the player levels up.
